Course Description:
The Effective Communication Skills course is designed to enhance participants’ communication abilities in both personal and professional contexts. Through a combination of theory, practical exercises, and interactive discussions, this short course aims to equip individuals with the necessary skills to communicate effectively, build positive relationships, and achieve successful outcomes in various communication scenarios.
